More Space – Attic Storage Package Terms

Packaged offers end: 30 November 2026, while stocks last.
Prices include GST and are “from” prices based on a qualifying standard installation and detailed ladder. Final pricing will be confirmed after an attic appraisal.
Basic package includes 10m2 flooring, the specified attic ladder and standard installation.
Clean and Deluxe Clean packages include 10m2 dustproofing, flooring, the specified attic ladder and standard installation, hatch door, smoke alarm and sensor light.
Plywood packages commence with battening and flooring, R2.0 insulation, stud walls, plywood lining, skirting and trims, the specified attic ladder and standard installation. Each plywood space requires an engineering assessment following the initial appraisal, with all required structural works and associated costs included in the final quote.
Optional extras, upgrades, non-standard installation, electrical, plumbing and external trade works are excluded unless stated.
