Attic converted into bedrooms, bathroom & living area
This project won the Attic Group team the prestigious the Roof and Attic Conversions category at the 2018 Master Builders Association Awards.
This Attic Conversion was completed at a heritage listed home in Darling Point, Sydney, creating an extra 45m2 of contemporary loft space comprising of two bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom and a generous recreational space flooded by natural light from 5 bespoke skylights.
Because the home is heritage-listed, there were several hurdles to overcome and extra applications to be made by our team. They overcame these and the result is stunning.
