Our clients needed more space and had maxed the footprint already so the only option was to go up. We installed a classic reverse angle carpeted stairwell to a whole new world above. A large queen bed sized bedroom for the eldest son, a stunning bathroom and a huge TV lounge, now fitted out with a max size TV and completed with upmarket theater style reclining chairs. A room big enough for a second two-seater couch! Subtle lighting from louvered windows in each room combined with down lighting from the high ceiling gives a spacious feeling for easy and relaxed living. Matching the weatherboards and existing house colour completed this amazing first floor extension, it looks totally original – actually better than original. Surrounded by mature trees it is a picture perfect home with beautiful street appeal. Our clients love us so much we are now starting on their friend’s home !
