The Columbus Flat Roof Concertina attic ladder is designed to allow for roof access.
It is fully European and made from strong aluminum and neatly folds into the hatch box. It’s suitable for ceilings up to 4.6 meters high.
The upper cover comes insulated (40mm thick) and complete with an espagnolette bolt for locking. It is also fitted with a double rubber lip seal for secure closing.
It comes with a telescopic handrail and non-slip feet for your safety.
The wooden hatch box is well-sealed and made of water-resistant plywood.
